Yes. A synchronous provider visit is required and included with the program.
What supply lengths are available?
TRT is available as a 1-, 3-, or 6-month supply, not a recurring subscription. Review your selected supply and total price before authorizing payment.
Are labs included?
Specific lab markers are required before TRT treatment. After speaking with your physician, you may upload acceptable recent labs through your patient portal. If additional labs are needed, your physician can order them for an additional $30.
What if I’m not approved?
Your card is never charged if you’re not approved. A temporary authorization hold may appear and is released if treatment is not approved; timing depends on your bank.
