When medically appropriate and legally permitted, your clinician can send a prescription to the pharmacy you choose. A visit does not guarantee medication.

When medically appropriate, your Primary Care provider can order labs to available facilities in your area, including Labcorp, Quest or other local labs where available.
Need imaging?
Your Primary Care provider can order medically appropriate imaging to suitable local facilities in your area.
Need in-person care?
If you need a hands-on examination or another level of care, your clinician can direct you to appropriate local or emergency care.

Your assigned Primary Care clinician provides ongoing care, with normal vacation or coverage exceptions. Urgent Care is separate 24/7 coverage.
Do I need an app?
No. Access care through your patient portal.
Can my provider prescribe medication?
When medically appropriate and legally permitted. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and some medications cannot be prescribed virtually.
Where are prescriptions sent?
To your selected pharmacy when prescribed.
Can my provider order lab work?
Yes, when medically appropriate. Orders can go to local facilities, including Labcorp and Quest where available. Separate costs apply.
Can my provider order imaging?
Yes, when medically appropriate, through suitable local facilities. Imaging costs are separate.
Are medications, labs or imaging included in $39?

What if I need an in-person exam?
Your clinician can direct you to appropriate local or emergency care.
