Dedicated primary care provider plus urgent care, dermatology, counseling, care navigation and specialist messaging. Psychology and psychiatry from $150 per visit; medication and lab charges depend on program benefits.
Family Primary Care
$99 / month
Primary member plus up to seven family members. Includes individual Primary Care benefits and annual wellness labs as described in the program. Additional testing and separately charged specialist visits are not automatically included.
$29 / month
Membership for 24/7 online help with non-emergency concerns. Prescriptions may be sent to your preferred pharmacy when clinically appropriate.
Dermatology
$29 / month
Online skin assessment and treatment recommendations. Dermatology access is already included with Primary Care.
Behavioral Health

Counseling support included. Scheduled psychology and psychiatry appointments have separate visit fees; medication costs depend on program benefits.
