2. NO CLINICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH RECLAIM MEDICAL
Use of ReclaimMedical.co does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Reclaim Medical, BioBond Labs LLC, or any Reclaim Medical owner, employee, contractor, or representative.
A clinician-patient relationship may be established separately between you and an independent licensed healthcare professional through the applicable clinical platform and in accordance with that provider’s requirements.

A provider may request additional testing whenever clinically appropriate.

9. PHARMACIES AND MEDICATION FULFILLMENT
Prescription medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies.
Pharmacies are independently responsible for matters including:

• Shipping
• Medication availability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
32. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of ReclaimMedical.co.
Separate agreements govern clinical services, secure clinical platforms, prescriptions, pharmacy services, laboratory services, and other third-party programs.
