Something came up? Get care from wherever you are when virtual care is appropriate.

$29/month

No additional physician visit charge during your active package.

Not everything needs a waiting room.

Your throat hurts. You’d rather be resting than driving across town, finding parking and spending an hour or two beside a room full of coughing and sneezing. A relatively routine concern shouldn’t always take half your evening. When virtual care is appropriate, staying home and connecting with a clinician can be a clearer next step.

Can this be handled online?

A clinician can evaluate common non-emergency concerns such as sore throats, cold and flu symptoms, sinus concerns, pink eye, urinary symptoms and rashes or skin irritation. Whether virtual evaluation or treatment is appropriate depends on your symptoms, history and the clinician’s judgment. Not every concern can be treated online.

Sometimes you need hands-on care.

Your clinician may recommend in-person urgent care, Primary Care follow-up, emergency evaluation or another appropriate local service. For severe, life-threatening or emergency symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care.

Care can travel with you.

On a business trip, family vacation, tournament weekend, dance competition, hotel stay or visit with relatives, an appropriate health concern doesn’t always mean figuring out an unfamiliar local healthcare system before you can be evaluated. Service is available in all 50 U.S. states; you must be physically located where the clinician is licensed and able to provide care.

Need a prescription? Use a pharmacy near you.

When medically appropriate and legally permitted, your clinician can send a prescription to the pharmacy you select.  Your usual pharmacy or one near where you’re staying. Not every visit results in a prescription. Medication costs are separate.  Affordable online pharmacy options are also available.

24/7 means 24/7.

Before work. At night. On the weekend. While traveling. When the local clinic is already closed. Start your Urgent Care request whenever an appropriate non-emergency concern comes up. Availability does not guarantee an immediate appointment or prescription.

No app. No crowded waiting room.

Access care through your patient portal. No app download required.

Three steps to your next step.

1) Start your Urgent Care request.

2) Complete the secure patient information.

3) Connect with a licensed Urgent Care clinician.
